Now, the Back-to-School Health Fair is something we look forward to every year. What started as a small conversation has grown into an event filled with school physicals, immunizations, hearing screenings, backpacks full of school supplies, food trucks, a prayer tent, and community resource vendors, all offered completely free to families. More than anything, it has become a place where we hope people feel seen, cared for, and welcomed. A place where love is tangible.

July marked promotion time at RHK! Just like at school, all of our kids and teens moved up to their new grade levels at RHK, too.

If someone asked me about being a volunteer, I would say YES! It’s kind of neat to see kids that are hungry are getting their supper from us. That's why I volunteer.

Our Open House on June 11 was such a great time! We weren’t sure what to expect with the prosect of bad storms coming through, but despite the weather, we still had 50 guests attend.

School’s out and the kids are on break! Your donations help us continue to consistently serve our kids throughout the summer, as well as during the school year.

At RHK, we love our pups. The fur babies get excited when it's their turn to come in and hangout for the day.

Our Kitchen volunteers are key to ensuring our kids receive a hot meal every time they come to Rock House Kids.

Every kid who walks through our doors has a story. For many of our Rock House Kids, life outside of RHK can be filled with challenges no child should face alone.

We laced up for some serious fun last Wednesday at Skateland - Rockford ! Some of our kids experienced a few falls at first, but got the hang of it and are excited to return again.
