RHK Volunteer Advisory Board: Making plans for 2026

The RHK Volunteer Advisory Board is an integral part of making sure our volunteers are heard and our program continues to run smoothly. It is comprised of a group of dedicated, existing volunteers, who serve with both our littles and our teens.

They meet quarterly to discuss ideas, feedback, and plan for the year ahead. The Volunteer Advisory Board is so important because they are hands-on with the kids week in and week out, so they have the keen eye for areas of growth and improvement, but to also celebrate what is working and help us vision cast for the future. Looking ahead in 2026, we will be looking at ways to best train and equip our volunteers and how to best support the growth we have seen with the number of kids coming through our doors.
