Christmas is coming and we could sure use some elves to help us get ready! Will you join us?
We love Christmas at RHK! What joy to celebrate our Savior's birth throughout the season.
Like many families, we have several traditions we keep to help create special memories for our kids. For many of our kids, their families don't have the time or resources to enjoy a lot of the holiday activities other children take for granted, so we do our best to make it special for them. One way we do that is by holding a big Christmas party just before Christmas break complete with: Santa and Mrs. Claus, decorating cookies, telling the Christmas story, and presents - lots of presents.
With around 250 kids, it adds up to nearly 2,000 gifts to wrap. Our Annual Christmas Wrapping Party is another festive tradition we cherish where volunteers from our community come and work together to make Christmas extra-special for our kids, and have a great time doing it!
