RHK Volunteer Training - "Worth Seeing"

Our staff and volunteers have been reading an excellent book called "Worth Seeing" by Amy L. Williams(@ahopedealer) In her book, Amy tells some of the lessons God has taught her as she has spent time getting to know and really see the kids in her neighborhood who are involved in gangs, drug dealing, etc. She also shares some things those kids wish others knew about them.

Last Thursday evening, at our quarterly volunteer training meeting, we were privileged to have Amy join us via video chat.

Amy shared insights from her many years of experience as a "Hope Dealer" living and ministering among the gangs in Chicago's southside. She took time to answer questions from our volunteers about how we can better serve our kids at RHK.
