RHK Welcomes New Director of Development: Michael Lacny

We recently filled the Director of Development position with someone who has been a Rock House Kids volunteer for the past 12 years. To celebrate, we decided to have an office ribbon-cutting ceremony. A ribbon-cutting seemed appropriate since the new hire was familiar with these from his previous position as the Director of Sales and Services for the Greater Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce. Michael Lacny is excited to combine work with his passion for the RHK Mission. He will continue to volunteer at RHK, mentoring 5th through 12th grade boys, while supporting the GRCC through their Ambassador program. Michael states, “The GRCC is aggressively growing and making an impact with the region’s most engaged network of business owners and professionals. They have a strong professional team that is making a difference in the community. I loved working there and will continue to support them while taking on this new chapter at RHK - which is where my heart is: work, family, and my passion for serving kids in our community.”
